This policy explains what information Digital Creation collects when you use our website, why we collect it and how you can control it. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
Information you give us
When you create an account we ask for:
- your full name,
- your email address, which we confirm with a one-time code,
- your WhatsApp number, so we can help you with orders and payments,
- a password. We never store your password itself, only a secure one-way hash of it. Nobody at Digital Creation can read it.
When you buy a plan we keep the payment method, transaction ID, amount, any note you add and the screenshot you upload, so we can check and approve the payment.
Information collected while you use the site
- The plan you are on, its end date and how many patterns you have used this period.
- The date you signed up and the date you last logged in.
- A login cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It is only used for logging in, not for advertising or tracking.
Product photos and size charts
When you use photo to pattern, the photo and size chart you upload are sent to our image-reading service (Anthropic's Claude API) only to read the garment and the measurements. We do not save these pictures on our server after they have been read.
Your logo and pattern settings
The store logo, name and details you add with "Add your logo", and the measurements you type into the pattern builder, are saved only in your own browser. They are not uploaded to our server. Clearing your browser data removes them.
How we use your information
- to create and secure your account and let you log in,
- to send you emails you need, such as your sign-up code, a new password or a payment update,
- to check payments and turn on your plan,
- to answer you when you contact us.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of trusted services to run the site:
- Render hosts the website and the database.
- Resend or our email provider sends account emails.
- Anthropic reads uploaded photos and size charts for photo to pattern.
Each of them only receives what it needs to do that job.
How long we keep it
We keep your account information while your account is active. Payment records are kept so we can answer questions about past payments. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal details, except where we need to keep a payment record.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Message us on WhatsApp from the website and we will help.
Children
Digital Creation is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Important changes will also be shown on the website.
